Self-Pierce Riveting Process
Self-Pierce Riveting is a unique assembly process in which a semi-tubular rivet is driven through multiple layers of material to be joined.
The rivet then flares out under the influence of a special die, forming a strong joint between the layers of material.
What makes the SPR process unique? Unlike normal riveting, no hole is required in the material before the rivet is inserted…..

Our Road Sign Machine is designed to rivet the aluminium or steel channel to the back of the road sign, leaving a flush surface for applying the reflective film.
